Chris – Gained 13lbs of Lean Body Mass in 3 days

I was an A/C technician in training when it was discovered that I had a deep passion to help others succeed in a healthier lifestyle.  At that point, I decided to go back to college and pursue education at the top level as a Master Personal Trainer.  It is 9 years later, I’m still in school, and even more deeply motivated than I was in the beginning, to help those who are up for the challenge. 
I strategically plan my workouts on a yearly basis, planning each month in a detailed fashion.  Put simply, I design the workout to efficiently, effectively, maximize the most out of my time in an easy fashion.  Staying injury free, being on the cutting edge of creativity.  I learn a lot from other top coaches, and trainers, pursuing a B.S. in Exercise Science, a Master’s Degree in Strength & Conditioning at Florida Atlantic University, attaining more and more certifications on a yearly basis.  In doing so, my clients and myself get the most out of our workout time, in the least time possible.  I simply love living a holistic life, living in moderation, and not in vanity.  I like to feel and look good, but I also like to do other things with my life that are meaningful and helpful to others and myself.  I chose this career because it is who I am, and every time I go to a hardcore gym or learn something new at school, I feel super.  Exercising has also helped every aspect of my life, including dancing… big-time.  I love to go out dancing and feel great energy having a strong body to move to and attract a beautiful woman to dance with.

April – Lost 9lbs in 1 month

I am a positive person, willing to strive for the better things in life, outgoing.  I was unknowledgeable about exercise, going up & and down in my weight, in limbo.  I was very trustful in willing to do what Chris suggested; being open-minded and willing.
I definitely leaned up a lot, more toned & shaped, became stronger, more stable and balanced in standing, more positive, stronger, lost 17 lbs, but looked like I lost a lot more.  I look a lot lighter than I am.  I feel better about myself.  I’m more confident about my appearance, I can wear clothes and they fit me so much better.  I feel more sexy in my clothes.  I’m most proud of that, I’ve built myself up to the point that I crave exercise.
I am in a changing stage in my life, I’m empowering my mind, body & soul; with family, laughing, opening up to others.

 

Allen -Gained 31lbs of Solid Mass in 6 weeks

            I’m a valet driver and have a side business.  I’m 23 years young, married with 2 kids.  I’ve been skinny all my life, like a stick.  I was scared about getting a big belly when beginning training with Chris. 
            I gained 31lbs of lean body mass in 6 weeks.  Everyday someone asks me – What did you do?  Chris helped me.  I put a shirt and pants on now and it looks nice and tight and not hanging off of me. 
            I go out with my friends now and I’m big like them and my wife is proud of me, I feel better;  more reliable with myself.

52 year old Woman - Lost 11lbs in 3 weeks

I’m a busy information technology professional who wanted to improve her energy level, health, and self-esteem by taking better care of myself.  I was skeptical about my ability to stay motivated with Chris.  After working with Chris in 3 weeks, I lost 10lbs, and in the last 3 months of have lost 15lbs, 4 inches at my waist, 4% body-fat, went from a size 8 to 6 in dress, pants, have a lot more energy, and a lot more definition, including a 2 pack.  I’m happier, healthier, feel better about myself.  Now I participate in kickboxing and pilates.  My new Pilates instructor thinks very highly of the quality and technique of my personal training sessions.  My work with Chris provides me with confidence to continue my path for self improvement.



George W. – Lost 19lbs in 1 month

I was in shape, but realized how much more in shape I could be when meeting Chris.  Mentally I was in shape, though physically I could do better.  Twenty years military service, former Green Beret; special forces; always athletically inclined, excelled in sports, use to box for USA Olympic boxing team, went undefeated, Soviet Union,
Germany, Cuba.  Eating more salads, able to learn from Chris how to eat and be in better shape.  Eat to satisfy hunger.  Increased my metabolism with more meals that are smaller.
Within 30 days, lost nearly 20lbs, without the gym or workout regimen, proved my metabolism is always working.  I can look at myself and barely pick off any fat off the sides or back, plus I’m alot more agile.  More confident with weight loss.  Feel better.  I’m now at the weight I was at in the military.  Also my confidence with the opposite sex is better; because I don’t have love handles and I feel good now, I have good self-esteem.  My energy level is up.  Presently I have now lost a total of 35lbs since being Chris’s roommate.

            My name is Jonathon, I live in Pompano Beach.  I work as a security guard and am pretty inactive, my muscle got weaker, I’m 25.  I was skeptical about gaining that much muscle mass in that short of time.
I’m happy, had to get new clothes, because I’m bigger; I got some compliments from girls, they say, I’m bigger now – broader shoulders, hips, clothes are tighter.  I’m proud that I ate more and look better.  I have more confidence; I really gained the weight;  I learned to gain weight from Chris, more confidence in my appearance; confidence in ability to achieve something I have doubts about.

Chris is very upbeat and pushes you even when you feel like giving up.  He is very knowledgeable, and truly cares about you accomplishing your goals.  He can tell when I am in a fragile emotional state and will spend the extra time to inspire me.  I am definitely stronger, healthier, less tired.  My clothes fit much better and I am losing weight at a consistent pace.  This has been an interesting journey.  A journey that just started with me booking the 1st training session and then just showing up.  

There are times that I don't know if I will make it through the workout, but Chris always stands by my side inspiring me and having faith in me and knowing what my limitations are.  When I get finished I have such a strong sense of pride that I, someone who was extremely overweight and unhealthy can accomplish what some "skinny" girls can't.  Having Chris as my trainer has also changed my mental outlook and has made me very conscious of my behaviors regarding food and that "just one more glass of wine."   When you put in so much effort you start to realize what is important.  My ultimate goal is to achieve a healthy weight again, eat well balanced whole foods, and be a person that I can be. 

Even though sometimes I stumble and fall I still get back on my feet and do it again.  With Chris' guidance, knowledge, support, and compassion there is absolutely nothing that I cannot accomplish and I thank God everyday that he stepped into my life.  Sure, I could have taken the easy road and had surgery but when I think of how proud I will be to accomplish this the "hard way" it brings a smile to my face.  I look forward to the future and that future is me playing tennis again in my little tennis skirt stronger than ever.

He is very knowledgeable and differs the routine every week.  Calls you to keep you motivated and doesn't give up on you even if you forget to keep a food log. Very professional.  He motivates by saying encouraging words, "Good Job".  I am much more disciplined in terms of my eating.  Additionally, I look forward to my workouts which I never did before.  Chris is an excellent trainer and motivator.  I have seen changes in my body and in the way I feel.  I definitely feel stronger.

He challenges you to push a little harder.  Every class is different.  He helps you to perfect your form and show you how to do it correctly.  The instructor is knowledgeable.  I feel happier after working out.  My clothes fit better, I am always glad I came.  No matter how bad a day I may have had it is always enjoyable to come here.

He is a great motivator.  His workout is FUN and provides knowledge and interesting.  His classes are always different.  I feel that I get a good workout and have noticed better general toning, specially in my arms.  He is always explaining the workouts and is very informative.  I feel most of the times upbeat when I exercise at Tradewinds.

He's so spunky and always fun and knowledgeable and caring.  The instructor motivates me by telling me that I'm doing a great job and pushing me further.  He knows a lot of information.  I've been in the class for a year and half.  I've lost 10 pounds and really toned my body.  I feel better about myself.  He's really funny and smart and care's a lot about people's well being!

I love how he instructs in class he is very clear on what he tells us to do and if we have any problems he helps us out.  Well if I stop or sit down he tells me to get up or if I am not doing something right he shows me how it's suppose to be done, and yes my instructor has a lot of knowledge.  I have been losing some weight I've been in this class 1 year and 6 months.  I enjoy class a lot.  Chris is a great guy, very intelligent, and very good at what he does keep it going!!!  So proud of you!!

He uses visual demonstration, explains how to do it, and corrects people with the wrong form.  He motivates well by being extremely enthusiastic and funny and sets a good example.  He knows all muscles/muscle actions.  I only took the class 1 time but I had fun working out and usually don't.  Fun class and good workout!
